Tanvirul Islam, Head of Growth at Elevate Pay, followed up with exciting updates for Elevate Pay users. His talk highlighted upcoming product developments, new features aimed at improving the user experience, and the company’s continued focus on making international payments simpler, faster, and more affordable.

New Features Announced

At the BITPA Conference, Tanvir introduced a lineup of new Elevate Pay features that mark the next stage of growth. The new sponsor bank is Merchants Commercial Bank, an FDIC insured commercial bank bringing state-of-the-art internet and traditional banking services, strengthening the foundation of Elevate Pay’s financial infrastructure. Through local partnerships, users will soon be able to enjoy instant bKash payouts, free withdrawals to bKash, and remittance statements directly through the bKash app, making transfers faster and more transparent.

On the banking products front, Elevate Pay is launching a co-branded signature credit card and a dual-currency debit card, expanding access to modern financial tools for freelancers and remote professionals. A reimagined perks program linked to the co-branded credit card will include remittance certificates, digital-first onboarding, and exclusive benefits such as co-working space access, high-speed internet, lounge access, and personalized tax consultation, designed to support a globally connected workforce.

The upcoming Express Payout feature will enable 24/7 BDT bank account deposits, including weekends and holidays, eliminating traditional cut-off time restrictions. To involve the community more deeply, Elevate Pay unveiled a public roadmap and community wishlist, allowing users to follow developments and submit feature requests. Finally, the USD Debit Card is set to launch in Q4 2025, giving users even greater flexibility to spend their earnings worldwide.

Business Accounts

Tanvir also introduced Business Accounts, designed to support companies receiving USD payments globally. This includes LLCs, Partnerships, and C-Corps founded by Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, as well as Bangladeshi businesses operating globally. Businesses like agencies, DevShops, SaaS and PaaS platforms, and remote teams will receive a tailored experience built around their specific use cases.

Business Accounts will support receiving USD from platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Amazon FBA, using ACH, Domestic Wire, and SWIFT for smooth international transfers. Companies will be able to simplify payroll through batch payouts in BDT or USD, while also saving on fees, FX, and time through consolidated payment processing, making cross-border operations more efficient and cost-effective.

Connecting with the Community

Beyond the stage, the Elevate Pay team spent the entire day connecting with conference participants. The Elevate Pay booth drew a constant crowd, with the brand merchandise quickly becoming a highlight as attendees lined up for t-shirts and caps. The buzz around the stall reflected the growing connection between Elevate Pay and its community, built through trust and genuine engagement.

Khalid held one-on-one conversations with freelancers, remote workers, and IT leaders, listening to their challenges and sharing how Elevate Pay is working to solve them. The event also created a unique opportunity for the team to meet and interview Elevate Pay users in person, a valuable part of the platform’s community-driven approach.

Building Momentum, Together

The atmosphere at BITPA 2025 stayed lively from morning to evening. Each session added to the momentum, sparking conversations that continued well beyond the conference halls. For Elevate Pay, the event was more than just a sponsorship. It was a chance to be part of the dialogue shaping Bangladesh’s digital economy and connect with the community in a meaningful way.

Looking Ahead

As the day came to an end, one thing was clear: events like this bring people together to share ideas, build connections, and push things forward. Elevate Pay is proud to have supported BITPA 2025 as the Title Sponsor and remains committed to backing freelancers, entrepreneurs, and businesses with the tools they need to grow on the global stage.
