The Upwork Connects Giveaway begins on September 25, 2026 and ends on October 9, 2026.
Only qualifying LinkedIn posts published between September 25 and October 9, 2026 will be considered.
Posts published after October 9, 2026 will not qualify.
Winners will be announced on October 16, 2026.
The giveaway is open to Elevate Pay users who have either:
received an Upwork payment through Elevate Pay, or
selected Upwork as their source of funds
Participants must have an active Elevate Pay account at the time winners are confirmed.
Use of Elevate Pay remains subject to the Elevate Pay Terms & Conditions.
There are two ways to enter.
If you received the $2.99 Upwork reward
Take a screenshot of the reward and post it on LinkedIn with your honest thoughts about it.
You can talk about whether the reward helped and what receiving your Upwork earnings through Elevate Pay has been like.
If you haven’t received the $2.99 Upwork reward
Post about your experience using Elevate Pay for your Upwork earnings.
You can talk about what you used before, what changed, or what your experience has been like.
Each participant may enter once.
For an entry to qualify, the LinkedIn post must:
be public
tag Elevate Pay
include #ElevatePayforUpwork
be published between September 25 and October 9, 2026
If any of these requirements are missing, the post will not qualify.
The post must remain public and discoverable until the winners are announced on October 16, 2026 so that Elevate Pay can review the entry and its engagement.
The three qualifying posts with the highest engagement scores will win.
Engagement is scored as follows:
Reaction = 1 point
Comment = 2 points
Repost/share = 3 points
The following rules apply:
Only one comment per person counts toward the score
The post author’s own comments and replies do not count
Spam or duplicate comments may be excluded
Clearly coordinated, automated, purchased or fake engagement may be excluded
Elevate Pay will calculate and verify the final engagement scores before announcing the winners.
If two or more posts finish with the same engagement score, the tie will be broken in the following order:
1.
Most reposts/shares
2.
Most qualifying comments
3.
Most reactions
If the posts are still tied, the post published first will rank higher.
A total of 3,000 Upwork Connects will be awarded across three winners:
1st place: 1,500 Connects
2nd place: 1,000 Connects
3rd place: 500 Connects
Elevate Pay will not issue Upwork Connects directly.
Instead, the equivalent USD value of each prize will be credited to the winner’s Elevate Pay account.
The USD value of each prize will be determined based on Upwork’s listed price for Upwork Connects at the time the winners are announced.
Before prizes are issued, Elevate Pay will verify:
that the participant is eligible
that the post meets the campaign requirements
the final engagement score
Winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Elevate Pay account.
If a winner cannot be verified, does not meet the campaign requirements, is disqualified, or does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, the next highest-scoring eligible entry may be selected.
Elevate Pay may exclude engagement or disqualify an entry where there is reasonable evidence of:
fake or purchased reactions, comments or reposts
bots or automated engagement
spam or duplicate comments
coordinated activity intended primarily to manipulate the final score
false or misleading information used to enter the giveaway
attempts to interfere with the campaign or scoring process
Sharing your post normally with friends, colleagues or your network is allowed.
By entering the giveaway, participants allow Elevate Pay to reshare or repost their public campaign entry, with attribution, on Elevate Pay’s own channels in connection with the campaign.
If Elevate Pay wants to use a participant’s story separately, including turning it into video or other campaign content, we will ask for permission separately.
Elevate Pay may make reasonable changes to the campaign, suspend it, or cancel it if necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any changes that materially affect participants will be communicated through the appropriate Elevate Pay channels.
This giveaway is organized and administered by Elevate Pay.
Upwork is not a sponsor or administrator of this giveaway and is not responsible for selecting winners or fulfilling prizes.
