What Documents Do You Need?

To activate your Elevate Pay account, you’ll need to provide three types of documents:

  • Proof of Address

  • Proof of Identity

When you’re hired through Remote, you sign a digital contract outlining your working relationship with the client. This contract includes details like payment terms, scope of work, and legal obligations.

You can download this contract directly from your Remote dashboard under the “Contracts.”

Your contract should ideally show:

  • Your name

  • Client’s name or company

  • Signature/approval

  • Payment rate and terms

This contract acts as your proof of income for Elevate Pay.

Bangladesh

  • Proof of ID: Passport, Old NID, or New Smart NID

  • Proof of Address: Bank statement or utility bill with your full name and address

Egypt

  • Proof of ID: Passport

  • Proof of Income: Remote contract (PDF)

  • Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement with your name and address
