To ensure a quick and successful verification:

• Your name and address must be clearly visible on documents.

• Bank statements or utility bills must be issued within the last 90 days.

• Upload original files (PDFs or scans) — screenshots are not accepted.

• Your Fiverr name or username should match your Elevate Pay registration information.

What Is “Proof of Income” on Fiverr?

When verifying your Elevate Pay account, you’ll need to provide a document that shows your verified earnings from Fiverr. There are two accepted options for this:

1. Statement of Earnings (Recommended)

The Statement of Earnings is an official Fiverr document summarizing your total income over a selected period — up to 12 months. It’s available to all freelancers worldwide and serves as the best proof of income for Elevate Pay verification.

To download your Statement of Earnings:

1. Log into your Fiverr account.

2. Go to your Earnings page from your dashboard.

3. Click the ellipses icon (...) located above the Activities table (next to the “Email activity report” button).

4. Select your desired time frame (for example, the past 12 months).

5. Make sure your billing information is accurate.

Your Statement of Earnings will include all completed transactions, withdrawal details, and total earnings — making it ideal for Elevate Pay verification.

2. Fiverr Invoice (Alternative Option)

If you prefer, you can also submit individual Fiverr invoices as proof of income. These are automatically generated for each completed order and contain:

• The buyer’s name

• Order amount and completion date
